How does billing frequency work

Your billing cycle date will begin on the date your free trial expires and when you add payment information to your account.

For example, if you created your account on the 1st, had a 14-day free trial (adding a credit card to your account before the trial expires) you'd be officially subscribed and billed for your first payment on the 15th. ย If you were on a monthly plan you'd be billed on the 15th every month

If your trial expired on the 14th, and you didn't add payment information until the 25th, then your billing cycle date would be the 25th.

If the date does not occur every billing cycle (e.g., you subscribed your customer on the 31st, but the next month only has 30 days), then we will simply charge on the last day of the month.

The billing frequency will be aligned with the payment term of your plan i.e. monthly.

Changing plans & billing frequency

If both plans have the same billing frequency (e.g., monthly, annually), you will retain the same billing dates. If the plans donโ€™t have the same billing frequency, the new plan will be billed at the new interval, starting on the day of the changeย
